CANCELLATION POLICY

This cancellation policy lays out how you are permitted to change or cancel your subscription membership to TREASUREFIX.

Membership Subscriptions

When you purchase a membership subscription, your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged based on the subscription duration and frequency that you have selected. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it at any time.

Renewing Your Membership

If you cancel a monthly membership subscription, you must wait three (3) months from the cancellation date before you are eligible to start a new monthly membership subscription. This waiting period does not apply if you are upgrading from a monthly to annual membership. You are not prohibited from purchasing non-recurring membership products during this waiting period. There is no waiting period if you have canceled an annual membership and are immediately beginning a monthly membership subscription.

Refund Policy

As a reminder, TREASUREFIX does not offer returns or refunds, partial or otherwise, for any products once you have submitted one (1) or more solve submission(s) and/or used any store credit associated with the product/membership.
